Sandbridge Beach Group Vacation Session

Service Description

Capture your precious moments at the beach with our Group Vacation Session. Bring the whole family. For a $400 sitting fee (plus 6% tax), each family can have their memories beautifully preserved in a stunning beach portrait session. Aside from the group capture, each family within the group will receive their own mini session, plus other group variations during the 30 minute session. Group captures include, but not limited to, grands and grandchildren, grands with their children, parents with their children, generational group shots, siblings, grand kids, cousins, etc. We try to grab them all in 30 mins. Three Digital download packages will be presented for purchase after the session has been edited. The options to purchase prints will be given as well. Photos packages are presented within 14 business days of the photo session. ****NO PETS for large group sessions. **** This allows us to be free of distractions when we have multiple age groups to capture. Please schedule a separate single family session if you wish to have your pet in a session.

Cancellation Policy

Thanks for considering Beachy LLC for your photography needs. Once you decided Beachy will be your photographer, you will need to book and pay. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 for your session is required to confirm your slot. That spot is yours! I will also set an immediate rain check date. Once you arrive at your session, you will pay the remainder of your session via cash or credit card at that time. I understand emergencies happen sometimes, and if that happens, I will allow one reschedule within 30 days of your initial appt. Please be mindful not to cancel for non-emergencies. Those that do not fall into a reschedule, that is called a cancellation, and you will lose your deposit. If the emergency happens on my part, your retainer fee will have no expiration date, meaning, I will either refund your retainer fee if my situation is unending, or I will reschedule your session. This has never happened but I want you to feel assured to know what would happen in that event. I have never canceled on any sessions. I accept cash or credit card via Square or Paypal. 6 % sales tax for VA is also calculated in. A Beachy Photography waiver will need to be signed before or by the time of the session. A Beachy print release will be available for your needs. Copyright Rules for Beachy LLC: All photos are copyrighted. No editing, cropping or manipulating is permitted and all photos used online (twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc...) must remain watermarked. Photos in your album without a watermark are for print use only. You will recieve a watermarked and unwatermarked copy of your photos from your session. Thanks for choosing Beachy! See you soon!
