Service Description

Celebrate your love with a stunning indoor/outdoor wedding ceremony. Our basic 1-hour 'ceremony only' package is perfect for local weddings within a 15-mile radius, starting at just $2000. Add-ons include travel costs, pre-wedding preparation, bride and groom portrait session, bridal party session, and family and friends with the bride and groom session. Contact us for additional pricing and secure your date with a $200 non-refundable deposit. A Wedding Consult Appt is mandatory prior to the big day. Weather Permitting for outdoor photography. A back up indoor plan is necessary for photography. Once captured, 3 digitally edited packages will be offered for purchase within 30 business days of the wedding.

Cancellation Policy

Thanks for considering Beachy LLC for your photography needs. Once you decided Beachy will be your photographer, you will need to book and pay. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 for your session is required to confirm your slot. That spot is yours! I will also set an immediate rain check date. Once you arrive at your session, you will pay the remainder of your session via cash or credit card at that time. I understand emergencies happen sometimes, and if that happens, I will allow one reschedule within 30 days of your initial appt. Please be mindful not to cancel for non-emergencies. Those that do not fall into a reschedule, that is called a cancellation, and you will lose your deposit. If the emergency happens on my part, your retainer fee will have no expiration date, meaning, I will either refund your retainer fee if my situation is unending, or I will reschedule your session. This has never happened but I want you to feel assured to know what would happen in that event. I have never canceled on any sessions. I accept cash or credit card via Square or Paypal. 6 % sales tax for VA is also calculated in. A Beachy Photography waiver will need to be signed before or by the time of the session. A Beachy print release will be available for your needs. Copyright Rules for Beachy LLC: All photos are copyrighted. No editing, cropping or manipulating is permitted and all photos used online (twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc...) must remain watermarked. Photos in your album without a watermark are for print use only. You will recieve a watermarked and unwatermarked copy of your photos from your session. Thanks for choosing Beachy! See you soon!
