Service Description

Capture the memories of your family with a stunning Little Island Pier Beach mini session from Beachy LLC. In just 15 minutes, you and your family can create beautiful portraits that will last a lifetime. Please note that a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot, and this will be applied to your total. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to create lasting memories! (One Family is defined as one set of parents, their children) Mini Sessions are Non Transferrable. $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your session. Once service is rendered it will be applied to your final total. If you do not show for your session or cancel your session at your scheduled time slot, you will lose your deposit. For medical emergencies, but this emergency must cancel your entire trip, not just the photo session, a one time reschedule (at both parties convenience) will be allotted in the event you rebook your vacation in Sandbridge within the same year as your previously cancelled booking. In the event the weather cancels us, a back up date for weather is provided. If the photographer cancels for any reason, very rare, a full refund will be provided. *No Pets for Mini sessions due to time* Please book a 30 minute family session if you would like to incorporate your family pets and children in the same session. If you have small children under the age of 4, please book at 30 minute family session. Mini sessions, due to time restraints, are opportune for children that can follow the direction of the photographer without parental assist. " Digital Download package options will be sent out within 14 business days from the time of the capture. A option to purchase prints will also be provided. With digtial downloads, you can print our photos anywhere you wish.

Cancellation Policy

Thanks for considering Beachy LLC for your photography needs. Once you decided Beachy will be your photographer, you will need to book and pay. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 for your session is required to confirm your slot. That spot is yours! I will also set an immediate rain check date. Once you arrive at your session, you will pay the remainder of your session via cash or credit card at that time. I understand emergencies happen sometimes, and if that happens, I will allow one reschedule within 30 days of your initial appt. Please be mindful not to cancel for non-emergencies. Those that do not fall into a reschedule, that is called a cancellation, and you will lose your deposit. If the emergency happens on my part, your retainer fee will have no expiration date, meaning, I will either refund your retainer fee if my situation is unending, or I will reschedule your session. This has never happened but I want you to feel assured to know what would happen in that event. I have never canceled on any sessions. I accept cash or credit card via Square or Paypal. 6 % sales tax for VA is also calculated in. A Beachy Photography waiver will need to be signed before or by the time of the session. A Beachy print release will be available for your needs. Copyright Rules for Beachy LLC: All photos are copyrighted. No editing, cropping or manipulating is permitted and all photos used online (twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc...) must remain watermarked.
